The restoration of contemporary structures and those of historic value have many similar requirements and some that are strikingly different.
Southeastern Michigan Sealants has performed work on many registered historical structures in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for the treatment of historic properties. Historical renovations require crews who are specially trained in this trade. Our management team and field supervisors stay up-to-date on the many special requirements that are part of preservation grants, and they make certain our technicians use approved techniques.
Southeastern Michigan Sealants works in conjunction with property owners, churches, building owners, managers, municipalities, engineers and architects in the ongoing maintenance of their properties.
