Southeastern Michigan Sealants has performed work on many registered historical structures following the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for treating historic properties. Historical renovations require crews who are specially trained in this trade. Our management team and field supervisors stay up-to-date on the many unique requirements of preservation grants and make sure our technicians use approved techniques.
